We offer consultations, planning and installation for kitchens, cool rooms, and exhaust systems, and we also provide in-house workshops and trainings to show you how to use your new equipment.

Established in 1971 by Roy Rowling, our team at AC&R Catering Equipment prides itself on the customer service we provide and the quality that goes into our work — that's why we've been in business so long. Our family business is now led by Roy’s son, Don, who with the rest of the team, continues to maintain and develop on the experience and quality passed down through generations.
Our team boasts a total of 144 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry, and we have been serving our customers in the hospitality industry for over 50 years. Our sales manager has instructed at the TAFE college and attends various seminars and workshops, our chefs have a combined experience of 144 years, and all our staff members are trained regularly to keep us in tip-top shape.
We have served many customers over the years, becoming the most-preferred catering equipment supplier for local businesses, and leaving many customers happy. Since our showroom includes a fully operational commercial kitchen, we hold live cooking workshops to help our customers know how to best use our equipment. We show you how to save your time and money by using new technology every 8 to 12 weeks.
We invite our brand partners, Rationale chef and brand experts to run in-house cooking and equipment demonstrations at our Fyshwick showroom.
The Demo Includes:

- Starts at 2:30 pm – Usually 2 hours including a Q&A
- Up to 10 participants on-site
- Provides a demonstration on how to use and cook with the equipment by brand experts
