Every team member is a certified food professional and takes other training courses on a regular basis, and we employ an in-house chef as well as a mechanical engineer. Step 1: Consultation & Plan
At your consultation, we aim to get accurate information so that we can provide you with an energy-efficient, productive kitchen. We will then create a plan that includes the layout of the space, what cooking equipment will be included, how many refrigeration units will be installed and where the refrigeration facilities will go.
Step 2: Design & Certify
All our designs and kitchen plans are fully compliant will all ACT health regulations and all building codes and standards, and all our designs are certified in-house after being designed with a CAD system. Plus, our in-house mechanical engineer is experienced in many areas, including refrigeration, ventilation, and AC. Our expert team carefully completes all the regulation checks and certification, giving our customers peace of mind in knowing that not only will their kitchen be well designed, but it will adhere to Australian standards.
Step 3: Installation & Commissioning
After the design is complete and certified, our qualified tradespeople and technicians follow the design's layout to construct and install the kitchen and then install the food equipment, and our experienced chefs will test the kitchen. Finally, ongoing maintenance and trainings are offered so we can continue to educate and support. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, our team can offer temporary appliances to get you by whilst we go about repairing or replacing the faulty equipment. This is an unlimited service which provides our customers with round the clock, on-site training sessions and service when they need it most, day and night.
